| NYC Walk to Beat the Clock 2012 |
| Dr. Jason D. Wight, MD |
We want to thank our volunteers and everyone for their participation and donations. Your support and generosity were keys to the success of our walk.
We also want to be sure to thank our special guest, Dr. Jason D. Wright, from the NY Presbyterian Medical Center for his informative speech on the prevention of cervical cancer. Thank you also to Club Director at the Whitehall Club & Health Spa, Taffy Dabby, for warming us up on a chilly but beautiful morning. She did an excellent job getting our blood flowing.
While there are many highlights to the walk, and all of them so special, seeing the bond between the survivor sisters and sharing their stories will always touch our hearts. We thank everyone who came to the walk and others who supported from afar, but urge everyone that the mission to end cervical cancer does not end with this walk! Thanks to you all, Tamika & Friends is able to continue with the Financial Assistance Program for survivors and those undergoing treatment.
