- Step out of the "comfort" zone into the unknown.

- Work on their goals everyday.
- Make themselves a priority.
- Challenge themselves constantly.
- Have the "entrepreneurial" spirit.
- Find solutions to challenging problems.
- Can develop nearly any talent or skill..or meet any health/fitness goal.
- Based on actions.
Look, we've all woken up feeling not so hot, discouraged, and overwhelmed. Only you can make the choice to get out of that funk and make your day, your week, and your future better. It's Monday! Time to wake up and light that spark under you again! A person that is motivated and disciplined can, and will, make the most out of their lives.
